Return Policy

Here at JewelValley.com we strive to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience to our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase we accept returns up to 30 days from the date of your purchase for items that are unworn and have all original packaging intact.

Return Guidelines
  • All merchandise must be unworn. Any jewelry returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return. We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition.
  • Your return should contain the undamaged box and original packaging plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment.
  • Your return should be packaged in a protective box for shipping.
  • The return is valid up to 30 days after the purchase date listed on your invoice
  • Return shipping is not refundable unless an error is made on our part.


How to Return an Item
  1. Repack the jewelry with all the required items in their box(es) and place in a protective box. Please make sure this merchandise is unworn and follows our guidelines for an acceptable return.
  2. Include the packing slip in the shipment, and keep a copy for your records.
  3. E-mail us at customerservice@jewelvalley.com to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). We will not accept any returned merchandise without a RAN number.
  4. For refunds, shipping is at the customer expense
  5. Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. If your package is not insured and you do not have proof of shipment, we will not be able to issue refund for packages lost in transit.
  6. To send your package, use the address listed below. If you are shipping via UPS or Fedex please call us at (888) 528-0081 for a physical address.

Refund Processing

We inspect all returned items when they arrive. Refunds will be in the original form of payment. You can expect to receive your refund within three weeks. In most cases, you may receive your refund sooner, but allow three (3) weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 7 days), item inspection and refund processing when we receive your return (up to 7 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days).

  • We will credit your credit card account for any payments made toward your purchase
  • Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
  • Unless applicable, delivery charges are not refunded
  • If you return a partial order, we will refund you for the returned items only
